Maddox Developments was founded by a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years’ experience in property and seven years as a developer. That expertise is supported by our own in-house interior designer, project manager and wider delivery team, giving us direct oversight from acquisition and design through to construction and completion.
With undergraduate and master’s degrees in surveying, alongside RICS chartered status, every decision is grounded in how buildings, costs and values perform. We create high-end family homes across inner London, delivered to one exacting standard.

New homes for old books
Maddox Developments is proud to partner with the Children’s Book Project, supporting its work to tackle book poverty and help more children experience the joy of owning their own books.
Through a book donation point at one of our developments, local families can pass on books their children have outgrown, giving those stories a new home within the wider community.
